How to be Happy -

We all want to be happy, but we hardly work for it. We all must have heard " Don't Worry, Be Happy". But most of the time we do the opposite. Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life.

Here are couple of Options what you can try...

1. Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments.

2. Being grateful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Thanks your taxi driver, your cook, your friends or family who all are a important part of your life.

3. News is stressful.  Just Try to think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting your day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do i guess.

4. Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Trust me.

5. Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you.

6. Learning is a great exercise. Try to learn something new everyday. It boosts your confidence.

7. Run, laugh, walk, breath and do all things that your body is made for. Make or Feel yourself alive.

Last but not the least.. You can be happy, if you really choose to be..
